We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it before the day is out.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.
Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second visit each week.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
